Fresh Start Therapeutic Services (FSTS) is a CARF accredited Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) providing community based and individualized support to minors ages 5-17, and adults ages 18 and over that are in need of additional behavioral health support.

Our medication management services ensure that individuals receive the right medications at the right doses to support their mental health and overall well-being. Our experienced providers work closely with clients to assess their needs, monitor effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments for optimal treatment outcomes.
