EmpowerHER

Group for Adolescent Girls

EmpowerHER is a supportive therapy group designed to help teen girls build confidence, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. In a safe and uplifting environment, participants explore topics like self-esteem, friendships, managing stress, and personal growth. EmpowerHER encourages each girl to embrace her strengths, find her voice, and connect with others who understand her journey.

All Shades of Us

Group for LGBTQ+ community

All Shades of Us is an affirming therapy group for LGBTQIA+ individuals to share, heal, and grow together. Through open conversation and community support, members explore identity, relationships, and self-acceptance.
