Fresh Start Therapeutic Services is a CARF accredited Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) designed to treat behavioral/mental health symptoms openly and honestly, with emphasis on education and collaboration. 

 

It is the mission of FSTS to create safe spaces for our clients to come as they are and grow.  We envision our services will promote health and well-being, provide education and strengthen independence amongst individuals and families; and uplift communities by impacting one individual at a time. 

 

FSTS offers psychiatric rehabilitation, individual, family, couples, and school-based therapy; and medication management.  Services are provided in our convenient office locations, virtually via telehealth, and in the community.
